March: This is truly the beginning
of our season. The water is warming up and the fish
are coming home! The first to come in are the Trigger
Fish and the Grouper. The rest start to follow as the
water temp rises.
April: This is where the fun begins!
The weather starts really warming up and so does the
fishing.
The 15th is the opening of Red Snapper
season for state waters, and the 21st for federal waters.
The Dogwood trees start to bloom, and in comes the Cobia
and Spanish Mackerel -- HOO RAAA! Easter weekend is
especially busy so book early!
May: We salute the military - those
who fought for our country, God Bless them all! My birthday
falls in here someplace and I'm ready to celebrate the
arrival of the King Mackerel. We have some great times
fishing/trolling for the really big ones.
Don't forget Mother's Day! Spoil her by
taking her fishing. The Cobia are coming a little off
shore too, hanging around the wrecks. Lots of Snapper
and Grouper on the bottom. Book the day of my birthday
and the eighth person rides free. Happy Memorial Day!
June: This is dedicated to the
great American families. Dad's Day - bring your father
fishing! Book more than six and one father rides free
on Father's Day.
School is out and the kids are ready for
fun & adventure. Let's show them a great time. This
is the start of our peak season - everything is biting
hard. We will be doing a lot of bottom fishing or trolling
depending on the fight. For with great weather so comes
the fish. We have some of our best dolphin fish catches
this month. Please reserve your trip as early as you
can.
July: Happy Birthday America!!
Everything is biting hard. The days are packed full
of adventure. We like to book longer trips and fill
up the cooler. The off-shore water temps are just right.
Don't forget to wear your red, white, and blue!
August: The weather is Hot! but
no worry. We have A/C and know where the fish live so
let's plan for the Big Day! Even the sailfish are coming
to town and we really love a good fight. With Wahoo,
Tuna, Dolphin Fish and the rest of the gang are biting.
School starts this month and the later weekends book
fast so make reservations early.
September: This is always a great
month with the celebration of Labor Day! We always recognize
the hard working Americans so let's go fishing. The
fish have all grown up and plan on some lunkers. On
our 12 hour trips we will be looking to bring home some
Black Fin Tuna.
October: It doesn't get any better
than this! Bring on the Fishing RODEO. We always pay
the entry fee so plan on a busy month. All the big and
wise fish are left just for us. This year's rodeo promises
to be the best, full of prizes and awards for the best
of the best so BOOK EARLY.
Everything is still out there - most of
all happy faces! The twelve hour trips are most bountiful.
