SILVER SUMMER BEACH HOUSE---This house is wonderful because it is a throwback to the old beach homes of the fifties. It was built on two lots, giving you 120 feet of private beach front. The private pool is great for children, because it is enclosed and on the beach side. There is a grassed area for play, and there are two enclosed outside showers with hot and cold water. The large patio on the beachside is great for cooking out or just watching the sunset. The master bedroom, a queen-size bedroom, the den, and sunroom all have great views of the gulf. You cannot have this kind of privacy anywhere else on the beach. It is great for relaxing and being with your family. Amenities: Private Pool, Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, VCR, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils,Dishes, Washer & Dryer, Porch, Covered Parking, Charcoal Grill (BBQ), Outside shed containing beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, beach toys, hammock and bikes that guests are allowed to use. Activities (on site or nearby): Biking, Golf, Tennis, Horseshoes, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Swimming, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, Jet-skiing, Shelling High Season ...
